Working Principle Of Coaxial Cavity Duplexer

Working Principle

  • Frequency Selection:

Use the resonant characteristics of the coaxial resonant cavity to select signals of different frequencies. Each resonant cavity has its own specific resonant frequency. When the signal frequency is equal to the resonant frequency of the resonant cavity, the signal resonates in the resonant cavity, is enhanced and transmitted; when the signal frequency deviates from the resonant frequency of the resonant cavity, the signal is suppressed.

  • Signal Separation And Combination:

During the transmission process, the high-frequency signal generated by the transmitter enters the duplexer through the transmission port, passes through the filter of the transmission channel (composed of multiple coaxial resonant cavities), and only allows signals within the transmission frequency range to pass through, reach the common port, and then be transmitted by the antenna, while signals within the receiving frequency range are suppressed. During the reception process, the signal received by the antenna enters the duplexer through the common port, passes through the filter of the receiving channel, and only allows signals within the receiving frequency range to pass through, reach the receiving port, and be received by the receiver, while signals within the transmission frequency range are suppressed.
